The Who, What, Where of Airspace Focusing on Traffic Pattern Practices and Habits.
Airspace review with a look at the airspaces we fly in around Wisconsin and Northern Illinois including the vast area of MOAs in the Central part of Wisconsin.
A look at traffic patterns with a review of what the AIM suggests and what I observe as a flight instructor and frequent flyer.

Weather or Not, Here Comes the Soaring Season: a review of the how’s, what’s, why’s, and where’s of aviation weather.
This talk will cover aviation weather, from pilot responsibilities and weather information resources, the a discussion of weather phenomena, their characteristics, and dangers to safe flying. Topics relevant to all aviation will be covered along with a specific review of soaring weather concepts and techniques.The goals of the presentation are to familiarize the pilot to sources of weather information, how to interpret those data, the impact of weather on safe flight, and how to maximize soaring performance in all types of weather conditions. Come learn how to be a safer, better informed, and more efficient pilot regardless of skill level.
